The Washington Group Secretariat will provide a training workshop to the Disabled People's Organisations Denmark and partners in Ghana, Nepal and Rwanda

On August 25th 2021, the Washington Group Secretariat provided a capacity building workshop, at the request of the Disabled Peoples’ Organisation of Denmark, to Organizations of Persons with Disabilities in Nepal, Ghana and Rwanda.  The training focused on four topics: i) The UNCRPD and 2030 SDGs: Data Requirements and Data Collection; ii) The Washington Group on Disability Statistics and the Short Set on Functioning; iii) Use and Limitations of the WG Short Set on Functioning; and iv) Best Practices in Administration of the WG Questions and Website Resources.
